LDL-C Goals in Primary Hyperlipidemia
National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III (NCEP ATP III) Guidelines recommend LDL-C goals of <100 mg/dL in "high risk" patients; <130 mg/dL in patients at "moderately high" or "moderate" risk; and <s160 mg/dL in patients at "lower" risk.1
